Jerk Junction is a restaurant that is making serious waves in the Greater Manchester area. Initially founded in 2013 under the directions of foundation kitchen staff Miss Lola the business had a change of ownership and was bought out by new owners Jake Shaffi and his business partner and professional footballer, Jesse "J-Lingz" Lingard.
