Manchester City have now won a record 4 Premier League titles in a row. No other club have ever done this. The premier champions won their last game against West Ham 3-1 on the last game of the season to clinch the title away from Arsenal. After the final whistle fans ran onto the pitch in full celebrations as the best team in the world may also end up with an FA cup.
