Murder

Today has marked a significant victory as the officer who murdered Chris Kaba has been named Martin Blake.

According to news reports, Daily Mail Police officer Martyn Blake shot Chris Kaba dead in September 2022.

This latest news development comes just over a year after Media organisations challenged the legality of keeping the Police officer’s name from the public, after Chris Kaba, 24 was brutally shot dead in his Audi on September 5th 2022. The murder trial is set to commence in October 2024.

Where do we go from here?

I am not an expert in law. However, it’s important that the community need to stay patient. The officer has been charged. There is a legal process in place. Supporting the Kaba family shows strength and unity within the black community. We will keep tabs on any further developments.
