As you put on your NB’s, you immediately notice this sense of comfort provided by the cushioned insoles and midsoles. When I wear New Balance I instantly feel like I am walking on soft sponges.

The shoes fit snugly around your feet, offering stability and preventing any discomfort or rubbing. With each step, you feel a responsive bounce from the cushioning, absorbing the impact of your foot striking the ground.

New Balance are not the only comfortable sneakers out there. You could opt for Asics, Hokas, Adidas Ultra boosts and other brands on the market. With New Balance, you can wear them casually on any given day. As I mentioned before this is based on your own favourite comfy type of sneaker.

What are your favourite sneakers for ultimate comfort and why? How do they make you feel? How much would you be prepared to spend for comfort over style or both? These are the questions I ask myself now before committing to buying a pair of sneakers due to my use.

I am not a runner anymore. Anymore? wait I don’t think I ever was a runner, but I do like the style and I often enjoy long walks. I do wear a large size and the New Balance actually doesn’t look too big when they are on. Let us know what you think in the comments below. Would be really good to read your feedback. What is your favourite model of New Balance? How much would you pay for a pair of New Balance?

Also would like to make an honourable mention to Karhu a Finnish running apparel brand that have been designing running shoes since 1916. Founded by Ab sportartiklar Oy in a small workshop that sourced Birch and made them into Javelins, discusses and skis. The company then changed its name to Karhu.

The word Karhu mean Bear in Finnish. These guys really know how to capture their audience. Karhu dominates the 1952 Olympics Games in Helsinki with fifteen gold medals with 3 coming from Emil Zatopek who wore the running shoes.
