Heavyweight boxer champion Tyson Fury suffered a split decision on points to Usyk The scorecards gave 115-112 and 114-113 decisions in favour of Usyk, with a third judge scoring it 114-113 to Fury.

The referee gave a standing 10 count to Tyson Fury after a flurry of punches from Usyk that made Fury stumble around the ring. Still baffled as to why he didn’t stop the fight then. Fury has lost for the first time in his 16-year professional career. Fury was adamant that he didn’t lose the fight.

“I believe he won a few of the rounds, but I won the majority,” a defiant Fury said in the ring. “It was one of the daftest decisions in boxing. I’ll be back.”

Usky is the Boxing World Heavyweight Champion: WBA, IBF, WBO, IBO and Undisputed Cruiserweight Champion and now the Undisputed Heavyweight Champion the only boxer to have done it. 21-0
